2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and responsibly
• Not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Not misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. AI System Disclosure

AIKMind provides access to multiple third-party AI systems.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are generated probabilistically
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or biased
• Different models may disagree
• Agreement among models does not guarantee correctness

5. No Professional Advice

AIKMind does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Regulatory or compliance advice

You must consult qualified professionals before making decisions in regulated or high-risk domains.

6. Reliance Disclaimer

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use AI outputs
• You will independently verify information before acting
• AIKMind is not liable for decisions or outcomes based on AI-generated content

AIKMind assists reasoning — it does not replace it.

7. AI Bias & Limitations

You acknowledge that AI systems:

• Reflect limitations and biases in training data
• May perform differently across contexts and populations
• May produce confident but incorrect outputs ("hallucinations")

AIKMind's multi-model approach reduces but does not eliminate these risks.

8. No Guarantee of Consensus or Accuracy

Certain features may:

• Fail to reach consensus
• Surface irreducible disagreement
• Highlight uncertainty rather than resolution

This is an intended feature, not a defect.

9. Bring Your Own API Keys (BYOK)

If you use BYOK:

• You are responsible for all usage and costs
• You are bound by provider terms
• AIKMind is not liable for provider actions or restrictions
• Your API keys are encrypted at rest

10. Pricing & Payments

• Some features require payment
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Pricing and plans may change with notice

11. Intellectual Property

• AIKMind owns the platform, branding, and UI
• You retain rights to your prompts and content
• AI-generated outputs may not be unique or exclusive

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Abuse or misuse
• Legal or safety reasons

You may terminate your account at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AIKMind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AIKMind from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Violations of these Terms
